Welcome to day one of my blog anniversary party! Happy Monday! :)
Today, I wanted to share with you an awesome cookbook that I received recently and love! My husband and I are huge fans of Aaron McCargo Jr., one of the few cooks that we love (next to Bobby Flay, Ingrid Hoffmann and the Neelys). McCargo’s food is bold, creative and made with love. So, it’s something that I definitely wanted to share!
And yes, we’re Food Network junkies, in case you’re wondering. ;)
One of the great things that I love about Simply Done, Well Done, is the fact that the food is amazing, but the recipes are simple. There aren’t a million steps or exotic ingredients. These are recipes that any home cook can make, without having to go over budget on money or time. I love that. I also love the layout of the book, which is super user-friendly and attractive. The photography is beautiful, the recipes are easy to follow and every page contains personal stories and commentary from Chef McCargo…something you’ll really appreciate if you’re a fan.
In case you’d like a little tour of the book and it’s recipes, here’s a quick video I found from HSN. :)
And now for the giveaway! I have two copies of Aaron McCargo Jr.’s Simply Done, Well Done, which you can enter to win below. A special thanks to Aaron McCargo Jr. and the ladies of Blogalicious for providing review copies! Thanks for stopping by and buena suerte!!
